Splitter cord for Motorola FRS radios

I've got an audio mixer lined up now but I need a cable that will split the audio and mic into two diffrent lines. So I can still get amped audio from the FRS radio and talk back over it. Any one know of a cord or know where I can get one. Its a single prong Motorola FRS by the way.
