I believe the rotation is:
Custer SD
Arkansas/Ozarks
Colorado/Utah
Somewhere in the Appalachians (WV, VA, TN, NC)

This year is SD, last year was WV and the year before was Colorado, so that pretty much proves that it's:

Ozarks
Colorado
