Last ride of the season I dropped my left side pannier Nuts (off a aston green 02 ST) on the highway. By the time I figured out what happened, I doubled back and someone had picked it up, never to be seen again. I am looking to replace, and want to know if the pannier off a tiger, trophy, etc will work (and what years). I found a new left sided color matched unit off a 95 trophy on e-bay, but don't want to commit until I know it will work. I have not been able to find the part number I need on any web sites.

Can anyone help with the information I am seeking? Thanks.

If you can't find the part number at your local dealer, email or call Bike Bandit.  You can also look at the online microfiche for your bike; you might find the PN there.  I could only find the PN for the whole set, though.

If you're an AMA member, you get a discount there.

If not, maybe you can buy your own bag back on eBay...EEK!   Or maybe you'll get lucky and someone will turn it in to the police.

There's no such thing as an '02 aston green ST - either its British Racing Green or its an '03. Since the Trophys were BRG I suspect the former.

Can't help with the fit question, though I've a feeling the Trophy panniers won't fit.

The panniers and mounts are identical. There is much confusion on Triumph colour names. I think they are likely the same colour ... but best check.

I have contacted the local police and sheriff, with no luck. I also checked on the color off a link to Hermy's, it says British Racing Green. I stand corrected.

Aston green and BRG are different colours. Aston green is darker - in photos it looks almost black. Sprint STs were available in BRG in 2001 and 2002. In 2003 they switched to Aston green.

Triumph colours with different names are different colours, though sometimes, unless you have an exceptionally good eye for colour, you'd need to see them side by side to tell. However, the two greens are quite distinct.
