YES some one else that likes brussels sprouts to.
Oh the salmon don't look bad eather.
We love Brussels sprouts. Cut 'em in half, drizzle olive oil on them, and roast them until they turn just a bit brown. Lightly salt and pepper. Then some balsamic vinegar over the top to finish.

Boy's night. Wife off scrapbooking with friends, daughter off at a friend's house. Venison steak and eggs for the guys:
Eaten in the living room, using the piano bench as a table, while we watch Star Wars II. A GREAT time.
Not sure what's going on with the boy's mouth...

Yes. Yes. Yes. If you can get them on the stalk, they are much fresher and sweeter.

That's because they were old and someone is over-cooking them. They ARE nasty that way.

No pics sorry. It all came together and was served so fast.
I made a stuffing of chopped onion, garlic, celery, sunflower seeds, black pepper and Italian bread crumbs (lightly broiled).
Stuffed some severely tenderized, beaten, flattened or whatever you want to call them boneless skinless chicken breasts with mozzarella, prosciutto and the aforementioned stuffing.
Baked for 40 minutes.
Served with wild rice and carrots.
Damn that was good!

Well, Susan had a mammogram today. So she's had enough of the breast flattening thing today. Sounds really good. I would've added mushrooms to the stuffing.
Leftover brisket sandwich for me.

Nope. Just think that mushrooms taste like ass packed with dirt.
Even when eating the trippin' kind I had to choke 'em down.

Saute them in a little olive oil to soften them. A little butter, garlic, and bacon bits go well with them, too. They should have a meaty quality when done right.
