Alright, games up....

I drove Devin (gonrydn) over to Marysville last night to pick this beauty up.  He made a tremendous deal on the bike.  It's 2003 Yamaha FZ1 which only has 2,400 miles on the odometer!  A real diamond!!

Here he is trying not to grin...
http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m311/endo8/Devins%20new%20FZ1/IMG_5203.jpg

And here he is for his first "sit" on the bike...

http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m311/endo8/Devins%20new%20FZ1/IMG_5215.jpg

Geared up and ready to roll...  OOOOHH, and there's my Mustang!
http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m311/endo8/Devins%20new%20FZ1/IMG_5222.jpg

And away he goes...  150 miles to home...

Congratulations!!  Next purchase a Givi top box.

Nice.

Looks stock except for the chopped rear fender and the Yami Touring Shield.  Maybe even the original BattleAxes.

Happy Mod-ing.

I wish they had done the black frame in '01.

Welcome to the club.

I like your new toy Devin
Yep that is the yamaha touring sceen. I can tell you one thing get rid of the BattleAxes they are horrible tires EEK! replace them with a good set of Pilot road or pilot powers, even a set Of Z,6's. By doing this you will greatly change the ride and handling of the bike. Don't forget to set the sag so the suspension works correctly for your weight, it makes a huge difference in the ride.

That's right.  Devin and I chuckled a bit when we looked at the tires.  The chicken strips were still 1" wide on each side!  The bike was babied - I don't think they guy ever had more than about a 10 degree lean angle.  And that was probably at the end of his driveway  Lol

2400 miles.  That bike is essentially new--nice of the previous owner to keep it so clean for you!

Those bikes are way underrated, too.  They do everything well.

Congratulations, Devin.  Many, many happy miles, man.   Thumbsup Thumbsup

Hey, you going to bring it over to Chester in September?
