And best of all, practically nobody was on it today but me.  Everybody else was either loitering in their tents, flyfishing, hiking on a trail, canoeing, or doing something besides riding a motorcycle.

Did see a Harley where I was going uphill on the GS at brisk clip, leaned way to the right, so I waved with my left.  Pirate Boy couldn't release the death grip on the bars to wave as he plodded along.   Lol  Road was in great shape with snow piled on the sides between Elk Lake and just past Mount Bachelor.  From Mt. B to Bend, the road is much, much rougher.

Ahh, get McKenzie Pass open and will truly be summer...   Thumbsup

Just this last week I heard that the N. entrance to Crater Lake has been opened.  I think the news was saying that this is the earliest opening on record.

I'm going to keep an eye for when the loop is open.
