I'm looking for a Bosch relay part number 0 332 011 007 .  I can't find that anywhere.  I've spent several hours searching for the damn thing.  Digikey doesn't have it, Waytek doesn't have it, neither does McMaster.  Some other relay will work, but I can't even find anything similar.  I need a smallish size, 12VDC, 30A, SPST, NO relay.  4 post is good.  Environmentally sealed is great.  This is the relay I want, but these guys don't sell to consumers:

Any ideas where to find one?  It needs to be that small, I already have plenty of the standard square ones.

Thanks!

 Headscratch

Are you sure WayTek doesn't have it?  I just pulled up their catalog and found it listed. It let me build an order as well.  Their minimum order qty is 2, but at $4.14/ea this shouldn't be a problem.

Look at WayTek item number 75202.

75202 is a 20 amp relay, I want a 30 amp.  On the same catalog page, they have listed an M3 relay that is 30 amp, number 75230.  But if I try to search their site for 75230, it finds nothing.

Sorry, I didn't catch that.  That place in Elmhurst is about 2 miles from where I work, so if you can get someone on the phone there to accept a little "personal" order I could swing by there and pick it up for you.  Let me know.  I work down the street from National Cycle, so the offer stands there as well....

fwiw, curiosity has the best of me. May I ask why in the world do you need the relay load / switching capacity of a 30A relay on a motorcycle?  (where 20A just wouldn't suffice)  30A is some serious current!  That is about 360 to 400 watts.  What in the world are you suddenly bringing on line all at once?

Anyway, let me know if I can help.

This was going to be the main relay for my all the extra accessories on the bike.  I did some calculations, and figured that even turning on 2 driving lights and 2 foglights at the same time, even while GPS/radar/starcom/etc are on, will not exceed 20 amps.  So I just ordered some 20 amp relays from Waytek.  Thanks for your offer though!

P.S.  The Stebel horn will go on its own relay.  Even a 30 amp would not be enough for it with all the lights on.  It looks like the Stebel horn draws 18A  EEK!

I don't know if it's NO or not, but have you looked at the 40 amp relay that aerostich sells? http://www.aerostich.com/catalog/US/12V-40A-Sealed-Relay-p-18316.html

Too big, I already have a bunch of 30A relays that size.  I ordered some 20A Bosch relays from Waytek.  I think they'll work.  I'll just have to use a separate one for the horn.
