Better ... but only because I have been doing less and listening to the physio in terms of not doing too much.
I can do short burst of activity but nothing prolonged with my leg down for long periods. Still wearing sandals. So ... no riding of more than an hour or perhaps two right now. But at least I can ride a bit. So the National is out for sure.
It has been humbling.
