If you are puzzling over how to add a GPS mount to your 05-07 Sprint it can be done using the Techmount Handlebar Mount Mini for 7/8 inch handlebars.

I just swapped my bars out using the high bar kit from Triumph and found that there is enough space on the left bar to fit the Techmount.  You have to push the clutch lever as far onto the bar as possible after which the Techmount will fit between it and the left grip.  You need to alter the way the Techmount is assembled b/c the base pivot is too wide to fit onto the top clamp as designed.  It needs to have a spacer under it so that it can be tightened properly to the top clamp. I used left over parts from a toilet tank attachment kit.  The nut (which fits perfectly and acts as a spacer) and I used one of the rubber washers from the same kit to sit between the nut and the base pivot.  I checked my tank and windscreen clearances making a few adjustments before I tightened everything up and that was it.  Very simple. Thumbsup  I did not have to make any alterations of the parts other then how I put it all together.

Looks nice.  I've long advocated the Tech Mounts over RAM.  I think they look better and are more secure than RAM mounts.

I bought the Triumph mount for the 2610, as I didn't like the way either RAM or Tech would place it.  I also made a mount for the Sirius, because with the tankbag, a RAM mount couldn't be placed in such a way that it didn't hit the bag, the windshield or both.
