Finally got around to ripping some footage from my last track day at Kershaw, SC with Sportbiketracktime.  I have a few segments I will be posting up.

1st up is two laps behind my buddy, Larry, and his RC-51. Larry is one of the guys I ride with regularly on Sundays and it's easy to figure out WHY I like riding with him! I am on my Bandit 1200 btw.........

Next up is me trying my damndest to get by a guy on an R6. You can see how I am getting him in the corners, but I was amazed at how hard he was pulling on the straights! I KNOW how much HP and torque my Bandit is putting down and this guy was pulling on me in the straights! Just goes to show you that gearing makes a BIG difference! You can also see me lose the rear end coming out of turn 8! Major pucker factor!

Another segment with the camera on Larry's RC-51 and me in front. I guess he got a run on me in turn 14 and went by and then did his best plow imitation due to getting into turn 4 hot! Whoops!

I need a track bike!

no doubt.  I thought for sure he was gonna make it (despite being told otherwise).  Long live working rear brakes!

First thing he said when I saw him was "I ton't know why, but I hit the front brake like a dumb ass!".

He reteched and was out the next session though. The RC-51 is Larry's track bike and is set up well for it!

CMP holds a special place in my heart.  First time I got a knee down, T1, while rushing back to see my NoVa riding buddy who binned it right in front of me in the last right before the 90 degree corners.

Turned out that he was ok.  I was ok, too.   Lol
