Well folks I'm baaacccckkkkkk!!!!  The Buell simply wasn't working out and a chance encounter with a salesman during a chest protector shopping trip resulted in this.

2011 model, light marks from a parking lot tipover.  Great deal, good trade offer, the rest is history!

Sweet - and that is the best White they made IMO  Thumbsup

FYI - I'm at 50k on my Gen2 Busa now, and it's been bullet proof.

That's great to hear!  My '06 model had 47K on the clock when it disappeared and the only casualty was a front wheel bearing.  I'm very happy to know that this one should do just fine, I tend to keep stuff forever (The Buell is the first trade in I've ever done.) so knowing that is a good thing!

Thanks, I'm really impressed with it so far.  I may have to employ some subterfuge to get the keys from her again.  She was watching me like a hawk to make sure I didn't take her Gladius to work this morning. Lol

Congrats on the Gladis.  I've always liked that bike.  I can't wait to read her thoughts on the Gladis compared to the Savage.  I suspect a bigger grin factor.   Bigsmile

Thanks.  Ok, but see if you can decipher her comment: "It was bound to happen eventually. I traded in my little red Savage for a gently used Suzuki Gladius. It's a bit like going from a tired ol' camp horse with a swayback, to a highly-trained eventing warmblood with custom tack."

Wait till that turns around on ya. As soon as she's confident on the Gladius she'll be looking to jack the keys to the S-trip from you for a day here and there.  Lol Lol
