When I finished my 25th Rustic Road to earn my Rustic Road Certificate I realized how many cool places I would have missed if I didn't do the tour - Just Do It. Cool

Around the lakes 2005.

One of the hardest laughs I've had in my life.

Sorry, I have to add more sentences. This is Scott (Mr. Clean) doing a burnout on a muddy gravel road in  BFE Upper Michigan. Our goal for the day was to find gravel roads and explore. His goal was to get his bike as dirty and muddy as possible. We discussed his goal at great length and determined that doing a burnout in the mud would accomplish his goal quite easily. I laughed so hard while trying to keep the camera still as water and mud starts flying everywhere. Yes, we are truly mature sport touring riders. We're a great riding team Bigok

I might have considered getting that shot from a vantage point outside the blast/spray circle...but otherwise...well done!

I know the post says one picture, one memory, blah, blah, blah.  I'm not good at rules so, Twofinger the rules.  Here are some pics from a memorable day.  While most of the rest of the work a day world was bustin' their rumps trying to make some money for da man,  I refused to play and decided that some two wheeled therapy was in order.  So I hooked up here with a buddy that had some free time on her hands.

http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s100/bcoley_01/TheStart.jpg

We headed out to Iowa and Grant counties to experience some motorcycle nirvana.  Here is some of the stuff we saw.

Sweeny Road.

Roads like this one make everything right with the world again.

Some views from Slotty Road.
