I'm coming from Richmond, Va. will probaby stop over in Memphis.

Check out the alternate hotels as listed in this thread - they should have rooms.

The Edelweiss is right across the street from the Rodeway.  Their website says $44 per night and I was considering staying there. They answered my email right away, but I couldn't contact them on the phone so I booked at the Pine Top for just $42!

Woot!!!  I just confirmed my reservations there as well. Banana Hard to beat $42/night.  Bigok I ended up reserving 3 nights (Mon-Wed) just in case I want to do an early departure on Thursday morning.

Cheers,

Joe

If you're not going to bring enough for everyone, you can't have yours!

Dang... I was just up in Chicago, but the classes were over twelves hours a day, so I wasn't able to get me any of that good pizza.

I'll hook up a refrigeration unit to my topcase and bring a couple frozen pies with me.  Razz

Hrm.

I'm starting to think maybe just take some of the registration fees and have an ass-ton of Malnati's pizzas delivered to your hotel.  When they're done cooking, we'll walk them across the street to the gathering hall at the Rodeway (which they said we could have for free) and do a beer 'n' pizza fest for one of the dinner nights.

'course, that means you'll be stuck in your room cookin' pies.  But you'll get dibs on the first slice from each.   Bigok

If we held this meet in January, chances are you wouldn't need the refrigeration unit.  Just trying to help.   Razz

FYI - I just reserved a room at Swiss Holiday Resort with Kara (very helpful).
She informed me there are now 5 rooms left 1-King (non-smoking) and 4-2 double bed rooms (smoke whatever you want I guess).

No, its not.  What month are we talking about here?  If its May 10 & 11, I might be able to catch up.  But it is not clear when this shin dig is in the OP.

The question was about the motel, not the date.  The motel is in the first post.
