Holy crap, I take a work-related hiatus for a while, and come back to find Numa is MIA, and became a cold case file!

This is after I rescued him from a Triumph-riding Hippie Madman!

I'm blaming the Triumph riders. They simply cannot be trusted.

And of course, since there has been no word on ransom, or otherwise, we must assume the worst.

Have we notified his next of kin?

Nope. Just other things to do.  Other hobbies, football games, Home Commings, class reunions, and soccer just seem to be more important right now.

Of course, with the Crud Run this weekend, I'm sure someone will get the tag.

There is still plenty of time to squeeze in a ride.

Am I going to have to run down on Saturday and get this guy again? I should have run down and picked it up when I was in Gays Mills, but I was on some sort of 'group ride' and wasn't 'leading'.  Rolleyes

Maybe I'll tell everyone it is a fall colors ride. Lol

This would be easier if I didn't have crap to do every weekend!

OK that's it I just couldn't take it any more out in the sticks.  I had to find my own way out of there and unfortunately that meant stealing the first ride that came along.



Obviously not my first choice of rides, as I prefer Italian, but still plenty fun Wink.

Let me explain, there is this hot little Mallard that I know named Susie that has become a real celebrity.  She and I have hit it off and she kept asking me to come and visit so I just had to make it(that's her on the left).


She and I had a great time last night at the Blue Dolphin, you can almost make it out across the street in this picture,

but unfortunately I had one to many and ended up sleeping back here.


Someone come grab me because I have to go on the Crud Run.

Can't believe Headscratch nobody went and rescued DaDuck during the SCR.  If I would have known I would have went to Lodi on my way to the ferry.

Diane and I attempted to rescue Da Duck on our way to the Paul Bunyan's breakfast.

We found where that Duck Ho Susie lives. she has quite the set up in her little park. She has a lot of suiters too. Lots of drakes waiting their turns with her.


the boys were some of the primest examples of the Malard I've seen.



We spent an hour searching for Da Duck.




We went walking around town looking for him. And found plenty of his species in the shops on the street.


there were even a couple of chicks in town.


nobody has seen Da Duck! Maybe somebody has stolen Da Duck. There was an endless parade of crumb crunchers in Susie's Park. One of them could have found Da Duck.

Oh well, we failed. Good thing for Da Duck. His next home was going to be at the premiere duck marshes in the state. and it is duck season.

Oh, come on, don't tell me Da Duck is lost too! I thought someone had just picked him up for the Crud run and I'd been bruced.

How long before we declare Da Duck officially missing?

And while we are on the topic, where did the re-appeared Numa end up?
