bike is siting out in the parking lot rite now. (motorcycles park rite out side the main door. Woo Hoo) looking at the radar and it looks like i could hit some rain. but i may work till 5:00. so in that case i probably will hit rain. isn't that why they make rain suits. BTW, i'm the only one that rode today. on a good day there could be 8 to 10 bikes. and only 2 HD's.

Ed you are the only one who ever seems happy when its going to rain. No - I enjoy it too. It's always fun to see who else rides to work when it's predicted. The big boss rode today and because he has his full face helmet it won't rain. Normally he does not ride when it's going to rain. My other boss is more of a poser than a rider. Barely rides, wears her helmet only when coming to work as the big boss gives her about it. Her idea of gear is her jean jacket and harley boots. My coworkers have been surprising me with the amount of days they do ride in with rain in the forecast. Neither have rain gear. Both have gotten extremely lucky! The only bad thing about the rain is the cagers forget how to drive (but that is assuming they knew in the first place and aren't busy chit-chatting on their blasted cell phones.)

I rode to work again today. When I pulled into the lot I noticed that all of the fashion humping lemmings... Doh! I mean the big bad HD riders had left their pimped out bikes at home. I guess they were scared off by the threat of a little rain. I wave my private parts at rain. I ride anyway. Of course it didn't rain so they all missed out on getting to ride the image making machine.

I've ridden to work every day now for the last three weeks, and see no signs of stopping. I don't particulary like riding in the rain, but I don't hate it. It's just not that big a deal, and I have waterproof gear.

Can't say I enjoy the rain in the daily commuting, because of all the crap that floats up off the road surface. But it is fun seeing if there's anyone else out there doing it... same thing in the winter because of the brine spray/salting.

I hate to admit I'll be driving the cage on Wednesday. Try as I might, i can't figure out how to fit all of the pets on the bike to drop them off at the sitter.

Maybe you should try something like this. LOL! Though I'd love to do that to the cat, I don't think the rabbits and birds would survive the trip.

Same here. Of the 6 other bikes that show up at work occasionally, only one (1980 BMW airhead) is in the parking lot along with mine...
