AND I see a LOT more used FJR's For-Sale in the Classifieds. That MUST mean that ST owners are happier with their purchases, ... right?
Its a Honda. Of the two, a better engine. Nuff said!

Only ST's in my neck of the woods. Of course that may change since the local dealer just aded Yamaha to the line-up. They did have a nice used FJR on the floor for about a year (surprised me since it was priced at 6900, which seemed good to me). But then again, it's hard to beat my local dealer's price on Hondas anywhere.

I see a lot more FJR's on the road around here (Southern Indiana). Holds true on regional trips as well. I love my ST (0 problems in 30,000 miles - except for the nagging premature death of left headlight bulbs). If I couldn't own an ST I'd buy an FJR.
Last I heard Honda sells about 2,000 STs a year.

First, I'm new on this board. Actually I think I use to have a login, but there was some melt down a year or so ago, and I didn't sign in again. I don't know the numbers, but I don't see too many of either bike on the roads. In my travels across the country, I've seen more 'other' bikes out touring than either of the two. As far as brand goes, I think Harley, and BMW probably outnumber the others I've seen by a large margin. Toss GoldWings into the fray and they probably come in close to #1 when I'm on the road, but I've actually started seeing less of them recently too. Maybe I'm just not riding the roads you guys are on, but I'm actually surprised when I see the FJR on the road. I just don't see many of them. I do see a few more of the STs on the road, but that includes all models from the 1100 up.

Maybe not, a lot of us FJR owners have been banned from the site or have just left.
actually, there are more members than ever on FJRforum.com - only a few of the malcontents that think the rules don't apply to them have left or been banned.
