Heh, Rider Insurance of NJ quoted me at 1800 w/ just liability and 2800 with collision/comprehensive.  Rider has traditionally been the cheaper of the primary insurers in NJ.  However, I just heard about Fernet so I'm going to give them a try.

Bike is still available, for 4200.

Glenn has decided to stay on a 650 instead of moving up to the viffer.

Next step is eBay?

I would really like to have that VFR.  Although I have never even thrown a leg over one or heard one run since I got interest in them.  I did see one just like yours parked a local dealer for service and fell in love with it.  I have a 1966 Lotus Elan project car that I an working on hopefully selling in the next few weeks.  If you still have the bike and I can convince my wife that I'm just trading one toy for another I may become seriously interested.  She has a 1988 Suzuki and thinks that she should get a new bike before I replace my 2000 ZR-7.

If only you were out in the Great Northwet. Hell, if I was only in the Great Northwet right now (out of country working). I would love a VFR especially with ABS and for a great price. My per diem while out of the country is all going to the bike fund, combine that with tax time and I could buy outright. Depression starting to sink in. Sad

It almost makes me cry to see deals like this and not be able to do anything about it. I've got to remind myself that I can't buy a bike unless I get a chance to take it on a test ride, and MA is just way to far away from UT...

Hey...I IMed you with questions. Shoot me an email at scottydont@backporchforum.com if you have more pictures of the bike. Has it ever been down, any dents, dings, scratches, etc?

Looking to buy something soon...hope to be selling my current bike this week. Thanks.
