It appears there are a lot of us on STN that have great wives.  I'll need to add mine to the list for most of the reasons mentioned...

 Thumbsup  She's hawt
Thumbsup  She lets me do anything I want w/ bikes (i.e. acquisition of bike, farkles, trips)
Thumbsup  Though she doesn't ride (nor wants to), she loves to see me have fun and always wants to hear stories.
Thumbsup  She loves watching racing with me (MotoGP, SBK, MX, F1, etc...)

 Inlove  Inlove  Inlove

Though we've been together for eight years, she won't be my spouse for another month and a half.  But still... even though she has no interest in learning to ride herself, she enjoys riding with me, whether it be just around town, around a racetrack, or around the whole state.

Oh, and she's hawt too!   Inlove

She has told me to take time off to go riding because she knows it's my therapy.  She works on the bikes.  She's fine with getting me motorcycle gear for birthday and Christmas.  She does a great job of balancing our finances with my bike lust.

And she's hawt, even if she hates to have her pic taken so you'll just have to take my word for it.   Bigsmile

Because she loves me in spite of me.  She doesn't get it, but understands what it means to me and doesn't fight it.  She's the one who told me to keep the ZRX after buying the 883C.  It was her idea to have two because even though she didn't understand why, she knew each bike filled a unique need.

. . . because back when I was wringing by hands and dithering about whether or not to buy my Concours, she went out and bought it for me herself as a surprise. She also supported me enthusiastically about getting the Ural last year. And this from a mostly non-rider! Thumbsup

Although she does like being a hack monkey.

I have the same problem - mine is madly in love with Rossi. So much so she made me driver her *across Italy* so she could sign up to his fan club *in* his hometown!

But it was OK...here's the cute Italian girl who signed her up:

She then spent over a *thousand Euros* on Rossi souvenirs - including Rossi *slippers*:

But that's why she's The. Best. Wife. Ever. She's just so damn cute!

Thats hilarious. We are planning to do a moto-tour of Italy in 2010 and Tavullia is already on the docket (where the speed limit is of course "46" and when you buy a latte "46" is written in the foam).

I also anticipate a lot of money being spent of Rossifumo parafanalia.   Kris has also been wearing Rossi helmets since he was riding 250's and has only worn Rossi replica helmets.

Unfortunately, those signs have been taken down. I know - we drove through *every* road in and out of Tavullia looking for them!

Luckily, there's only one place in town that sells Rossi souvenirs. The Fan Club has some photos you can buy but oddly enough, nothing else.

LOL Where does she get the Rossi replica helmets!? I'd love to get one for my wife! The shop in Tavullia had several signed ones but they weren't selling any of them - thank God...my wife would have bought *all* eight of them! Smile

Will you guys be going to the Indy MotoGP race? Our wives could melt down our credit cards together... Smile

We've never had a problem getting the AGV helmets. Our local Ducati shop has been very accomodating in getting them in for us.  The new Ti-Tech is an extremly good helmet.  She's currently wearing the "Rossi Doctor" replica;

http://www.agv.com/dyn_prodlist.php?k=96951

And we probably won't make it to Indy, but the last time we did Laguna Seca we gave our credit rating quite the workout.

But thats totally a bummer that the 46 speed limit signs are all gone - I'd imagine they would be a prime theft item. They should at least sell them in the gift shop.
