I did 200 miles of riding today, going to some appointments.

Tif's 600 is not nearly as comfortable as my 1100. Its buzzy, little, and has a plank for a seat. 60 miles and my lower back was screaming at me.

I have got to find the parts to fix mine...

Headscratch Rain - Thunder Storms - Winds  Twofinger

Sounds like a good day to me. Should be close to WV tonight.  Bigok The Weather Dudette said it might get damp down there too. This week end should be a good test of my rain gear. Crazy

Ride - Ride - "Rest" - Ride -  Headscratch Hell at 66 I need rest once in a while.

Rode to work today. I didn't even look at the weather report. Hell, I could have been followed to work by a tornado and I wouldn't have noticed!

I woke up in a great mood, and actually looked forward to the ride to work, rain or shine. Its nice to have a bike that doesn't need constant attention. Get it dirty? Hose it off. Tip it over? Meh, grab some white-out and touch up the scratch. Not that I try to tip it over, but the people I work with can't figure out how to park!

What brand and model front tire is that?

I've worn a few of those out, it's a Metzler !  A Metzler Laser ME-33 I think... ?  Been a while since I've used them, my old K1100LT used those.

I wasn't paying attention, but it is indeed a Laser. I use them on the xs11s, good in rain, okay in snow. And they seem to last decent on the heavy bikes.
