I rode today.  Delafeild, and West Bend in the morning.  Then in the afternoon I had to go to my son's rugby game in Mcfarland.  I checked the radar before I left and all was clear.  The sun was out.  While at the game the weather started closing in from the west.  I left the game early to get away from it.  I got away from that one, but caught up to a thunderstorm in Jefferson county.  It was poring when I pulled over under a bridge on I94 to put on the rain gear.  The rest of the way home was wet, but uneventful.  I was wearing a pair of gloves that I have had for twenty years.  They have some built in rain mittens.  It's the first time I have ever used them.  I'm here to tell you, they don't work.  The gloves are soaked.

I rode again in the rain this AM- I'm still waiting for the new pro-oiler nozzle for the B12 that the chain ate last week.  New chain and sprockets Saturday, but still waiting on the nozzle.  I guess it's coming from Belgium, so Ishould be patient.  Still, oiling by hand with oil sucks.  I don't want to wax the new chain, since that will be messy and inhibit the pro-oiler...   Crazy

Still, I ride.  Bigok

Nice work, Ed.   Bigok

I covered just over 950 miles today collecting National Park stamps in Illinois and Iowa.  The camera got left at home.     I forgot how much covering that many miles hurts my knees.  It's time for some Advils and a beer.  The new tire gets installed tomorrow in preparation for next weekend's journey east.     New York, New Hampshire and Vermont this go round.

I have rode the past week if not more.  That's cool to say.

I rode to Hal's HD & Buell for the bike show.  Was doing volunteer work for the HOG Chapter that I'm a member of.

Some cool custom bikes were seen.

Yeah, sorry- missed that.

Sweet.  Thanks for the info!  Looks cool.

So using Google Earth, I'm looking at the Bataan roads, Coordinates 41°44" N 89° 23' W, right?  That's the only thing that seems to fit the description in the area...

Hey mxvet, glad you found the Green River Ord. site. I was the one that originally posted some info on it. It's about 20 mi from my house!

One question though, about where is that brick building in the first pic? I've been through there quite a few times, but somehow missed that.
