82 Yamaha Xj550 Maxim. Clear Title. 20,000 miles All regular maintenance has been done recently including brakes. Runs awesome, shifts great, everything works but needs a stator ( charges the battery not the starter same as altenator) so it won't start. It cranks and wants to start but battery won't recharge because the stator is bad. Might just need to be taken out a scrubbed with a wire brush or they are on ebay for $20-40. Cheap fix. comes with 2 batterys, bike cover and repair shop manual. Looking for 1,200 or best offer. Open to trades, pretty much whatever, ball Python morphs, sporting goods, vehicles, grown up toys, other bikes, other toys TEXT CALL OR EMAIL ANYTIME 734934551Two

I saw an ad posted at at a local store for a pickup truck. One of it's wonderful features was a "tunnel cover".

Not quite sure if it is against the rules. I was just griping about my personal pet peeve when trying to shop craigs list.

Im selling my 2000 Suzuki GSXF 750 engine/transmission for $250 FIRM. It will fit 1988-2006 bikes.
Still ran when I pulled it out of my bike.
Has a new Barnett race clutch system installed.
The reason Im selling it so cheap is it has a rod knock in the third cylinder (4cylinder engine).
Alls it needs is a piston and rod for about $50.
Im also selling carbon fiber cat eyes rear turn signals for it too for $20.
Selling Factory mirrors for $15.
You can reach me at 484-467-5694, thanks and that is the bike in the picture below that the engine and listed parts are coming off of.
YOU'RE NOT GOING TO FIND A CHEAPER ENGINE/TRANSMISSION THAN THIS ANYWHERE!!!

In all fairness, there's still drag bike builders making full bore top fuel strip machines out of that motor... Might not beat a Busa stock, but it'll still scare him with how hard it is to run away from that 30yr old machine...
