Very cheap compared to what they go for in the UK.
I give you:
http://www.ukbike.com/royal-enfield-efi/ub123l9bd/
1916 ROYAL ENFIELD Motorcycle - 250cc A fine oportunity to purchase an early 1916 Royal Enfield motorcycle, a typical barn find that runs well and showing 95% of its original paintwork. Steering, transmision, brakes, exhaust, wheels/tyres, lighting etc all appear to be in good order but I would recomend a thorough inspection prior to regular use. Features include belt drive to rear wheel, sprung leather saddle, concealed cables within handlebars, acetylene lighting system, inverted brake levers, leg guards, luggage rack etc.
Price: £2800
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS A SCAM-DO NOT TOUCH IT WIOTH A VERY LONG BARGEPOLE

Do you have any idea how expensive it is to make wheels out of a purple yak?

Happy to help.
Seriously, bicycling to work at my last job was one of the most satisfying things about it, once I got used to the routine.

The Honda Cub is the best one there. Avoid the Tomos.

Honestly, he would if he could. He's scouted out possible routes and he won't do it; the drivers around here are insane and the roads are not set up for any bicycle routes at all.

True Dat!
Having owned a Cub I can attest to the "will last forever" quality. THe draw back is they are not up to the green light rush at most intersections in the USA (you might get run over by a soccer mom on the cell.)
