Uh, have I not been vocal about asking for a recipient? I think I have a late- season cross country plan if no one Rogers up. Last chance before I take him to DC again. Anyone going to Pinks in Hollywood on the 19th for the Bite the Weenie RTE?
Not your fault, I am stunned nobody will take time to come get him. If I seemed I was picking on you, I was not, I was jabbing all those who could take the time to get a series of hand offs going but don't. I'd come get him if I have any vacation left, but being I am in W Pa. its a week round at my old mans pace. Wink Lol

Actually, there was a year in between...

I seem to have a hell of a time with this, as no one wants to stop by Bakersfield, but following the Iron Butt, I have to slave away in the salt mines to make up for taking the three weeks off.  I feel bad, but I need someone to answer up for a hand off. There's GOT to be someone in Southern/ Central Cali or Vegas ready to take the poor guy.

Not your fault.   It's just I'd wanted to take him up north for the summer, but no ....

Anyways, I blame Dante.

He's old enough to do what he wants. He never listens to me anymore, anyway

I saw Chili last night at Pinks Hot dogs in Hollywood.  He seemed to be having a good time and enjoyed the time out of the top box.  Sure has been on a lot of adventures.

Good luck with the hand off in DC, Slonishku

Chili is in motion. Details are sketchy as to his destination. I can only tell you that the transfer is possible because of a convergence of factors:

1. The Navy wants me to be somewhere.
2. I was able to talk them into transportation by privately owned motorcycle.
3. There ain't much snow to be found in the Continental US.

Where is he headed? You'll soon know. Let's just say that it may be dry East of the Rockies, but we're pretty flippin' cold. Chili looks like he needs a Gerbing heated jacket. Bad.

In the interest of sanity, I will give a pretty big clue.

Can anyone give me a weather and road condition update on I-95 based on actual observation? It looks like somw weather is rolling along north of me and headed east.

95 in virginia is beutifal.  A quick check of the radar shows clear skies along the eastern sea-board.

If your near Richmond or DC tomorrow I could take a handoff of chilli

Agreed. I have a chipotle dark chocolate chip cookie recipe I'd make in his honor should he decide to grace us with his presence.
