Yep.

2 local shops have pulled them off the floor.  Honda has even blacklisted parts for the little ones.

We can't get political about who signed this into law.  It was Sept 08.

Not totally true the facts are not out yet. Polaris has allready made a deal, the only one so far that they cannot sale is the 50cc. Kawasaki is at the table right now. So far the only stipulation is a new sticker for the youth models that state the lead content. And probably the same as most paint cans. (This product is known to cause cancer in the state of California) Lol

That's good to hear...except about the 50cc bikes. For right now, though, nobody will sell them.
