I have rode all winter, but I am getting tired of knocking the frost off the bike at 6 am to ride home 35 to forty miles is zero degrees weather.  I am just about to the point I do not want to ride until it is at least forty degrees out.

Lol That's a dusting.  That's not snow.  You all don't know how good you have it down there.

This is snow:

Not my vehicle.  That vehicle wouldn't even get out of my driveway when its cleared.  Last week we had a snowstorm that dumped that much on our 4x4s though.  We still have over a foot on the ground.  Drift out by the road beside my driveway is over 5' still.  Snow...yeah....right!

YAY! Politics!

Actually, global warming will result in longer, colder winters. Unless we have a runaway greenhouse effect. then will be more like Venus.

There is a fair amount of non-gore, mostly neutral stuff out there about it, if you a) believe it's real and b) care enough to know.

I'm riding Fri, even if I have to ride to work, but I'd rather go somewhere else!

I could take off Fri AM, head North East and meet you somewhere - or just show up at your house!

We had a break in the weather last night so I finally got a chance to pick up the new bike from the dealer.
Rode it to work this morning --- 32deg but that's not bad as long as it's sunny
Supposed to warm up to the mid to upper 40's today so I wanted to take it out for some break in miles at lunch ----- Correction - just saw it said 50! WOOHOO!!

It's supposed to get warmer as the weekend approaches but with a high chance of rain.
