That's cool!  One question about some fine print -- it says the Revolution is eligible, but the details also say that customization is not included in the replacement deal.  Since the Revolution is 100% custom, how will that work?

aah thanks for pointing that out. we will charge a nominal customization fee - currently $150.  updated the fine print to reflect this. sounds fair ?

http://us2.campaign-archive2.com/?u=aa3000ae1871dcaf8b7f57e19&id=6f7b3145e5

Update for customers waiting for suits
A large shipment is already on the way. We are waiting for it to arrive and clear customs. You order will be shipped the very day it arrives at our warehouse. At the end of this email is a map that will tell you how long it will take FedEx to deliver your package. Expect tracking numbers in your email sometime next week!

Milestones

This is a landmark summer for Teiz Motorsports. First of all, we will be celebrating the 3rd birthday of Teiz Motorsports.

Additionally, we are approaching some important milestones in various online communities especially ADVRider where our thread is heading towards 400,000+ views, 3000+ posts and 200+ pages of customer interaction!

Next up, as some of you may know, we are headed to Europe on May 16th for a multi-week motorcycle tour. We are really excited about this trip and want to share that excitement with something more than just status updates.

New Store Policies - a change that you will love!

Increasing our standard warranty period to 1 year for the Lombard, Mojave and Commute Suit

But we feel even that is not enough – nothing says thank you like some rocking free gear!

So from the 1st to the 15th of May 2012, we are giving away a ton of free stuff with almost every order.  We went through our shopping list for the trip and selected some of the most useful items that we think would make a great addition to any pannier!  No gimmicky odds like in 1 in 5000. In spirit of our “T Minus 15” event, the odds are wonderfully good at 1 in 15 or better.  Read on to see what goodies await

As we get ready to introduce our updated lineup of suits and move to a strictly made-to-order model, we are heavily discounting our current stock to speed up the introduction of new products.

What to expect from the new stuff:
Built-in kidney belt (removable)
Sas-Tec Chest protector (removable)
Sas-Tec Tailbone protector (removable)

The price is expected to increase with the new versions - so this is an amazing opportunity to score a major deal!

Anything related to the Swiss Alps is cool but the soundtrack for that really has to go.

Might appeal to the average gearless HD pirate.

now some more air shell pics:

came with this review via email:

I've had my AirShell for about a week and a half now. Here are my thoughts thus far:

Fit is exactly as I expected from the trial Mojave suit that I was sent. I'm 6'1" and about 165 and a Large-Tall fits me great. I have plenty of room to wear whatever I want underneath, but it's not baggy on me. The armor all seems to be positioned correctly and has stayed where I want it after a little initial adjustment. The only complaint I have there is that the right knee armor, on the leg that has its own zipper, tends to want to flip upside down to the outside of my leg when I'm stepping into that leg of the suit. I end up zipping open the armor pouch and flipping it back into place about half the time when I put the suit on. Once in place it stays positioned fine, so it probably is being knocked loose by my boot as I stick my foot in.

Airflow is great. It seems to be on-par with the Mojave trial suit I had, and it is as good as mesh jackets and pants have been. That's important here in Texas. It isn't magic, but it does keep me as cool as can reasonably be expected.

The suit feels well-constructed and sturdy. It is more confidence-inspiring than my mesh gear. If I ever have occasion to test it, which I hope I will not, I expect it will hold up admirably.

I'm impressed but the attention to quality in the manufacturing of my suit. I've had gear from other vendors with loose threads and other sloppy elements of construction that I needed to fix; I've found nothing like that so far on my AirShell. It looks sharp, too.

The pockets are fine. Like most other reviewers I don't understand how to effectively make use of the large pocket on the back, but it's there I suppose. The front waist pockets have flaps and zippers both which makes them a little more involved to get into but certainly more secure. The chest pocket is handy and the one I've used most. The side zippers that allow access to your pants pockets inside the suit were super-useful on the Mojave trial suit I had. Here, they open directly onto the outside of the hip pads (I suppose maybe the Mojave didn't have hip pads- I don't recall). I have to detach the Velcro holding the hip pad in place and move it out of the way to get to my inside pockets, and often they then come completely loose and fall down into the leg of the suit. Maybe if the passthroughs were positioned farther to the front and/or the back of the suit it would be possible to miss the hip pads. As it stands it makes just as appealing to unzip the suit down to the waist and get at my pants pockets that way.

The suit was shipped directly from Pakistan to my door. It appears the actual transit time after shipment was only two days, which is pretty amazing. It was a couple of weeks from the time I placed the order until it shipped, but I think I have one of the very first ones made so that may get shorter. Regardless, if you realize that this was made specifically for me in response to my order, on the other side of the world, and in my hands in a couple of weeks, that's pretty impressive.  The box came wrapped in protective outer cloth and arrived in good shape.

The suit came with a thermal liner for cold weather, which I obviously haven't needed yet but it appears to fit into the suit well and it's very thin and light. The price dropped by $100 right after I ordered my suit so I don't know if I just paid an early supporter price, or if the liner has been dropped as standard equipment. My initial contacts with Ghazi by email suggested that the liner might become optional rather than a standard part of the purchase.

All in all I'm very pleased so far with my purchase and expect to get many years of use from it. It's great to be able to wear whatever I want underneath and still ride the bike with proper safety gear that's quick to get on and off at my destination. I recommend my suit and would buy from Teiz again if the occasion arose.

Do you guys have a brick and mortar store anywhere that carries your stuff?  If there is any place in the Northeast I would just assume ride there versus doing the "thru the mail" trial size.
