If you have not left yet, remember to pack the rain gear and some warm clothing.  It has been cold and rainy in the mountains around here although the lower elevations have been pleasant.  Today in Telluride, high temp 56F with rain and snow above 11,000'.  Monday high temp 58F.

Dove and I got here early this afternoon.  Excellent weather, a couple sprinkles but no big deal.  We came in from the east on 50.  Apparently a few riders ran into a batch of sleet and a brief but heavy downpour about 30-45 minutes behind us.  I've talked with a few other riders and they're saying the typical mountain afternoon showers are in effect but some have produced sleet up in the higher elevations.  Keep dry and we'll see ya down here!  We're in room #2 -- come knock on the door if you the duc and bird out front.
