No pics?  Does the Kawasaki case have the same ribs in it as the side cases?

Rode it without a fear of having to push start it if I stopped because I changed the starter clutch yesterday.  Bigsmile

I'm waiting for a new starter so i don't have the fear of push starting again.

See anything wrong?

Yet another reason old bikes are cool - nice to have a kick starter for emergencies; especially when they are really easy  Thumbsup

Put it back together, changed the oil and put the charger on the battery.  Seems if you don't ride for a couple weeks, they go down.  Tires tomorrow, now that everything else is ready to go.

Got the bike apart and found that the bolts on the starter clutch had backed out from the flywheel and chewed up the sprocket. Also the flywheel bolt broke.  Crazy

Tires are going on now.  Very warm out, so no real scuffing in today.  10 miles back to the house.

Got the new Zumo 665 installed, updated, XM/traffic/weather subscriptions activated and working.  Wow!  Ended up having to do a couple hard resets after updating it, but it finally cleared the static sounds from the speaker.  Synced up the Sena and will be rockin' down the road henceforth.
