As the title says, it's a Sargent seat.  Fairly conventional: black with black welting; carbon fiber seat pan; comes with the under-seat tool canister; plumbed for seat cowl securing bolts, if you're so equipped.  Never seen rain or Armor-All (God forbid!), only my well-formed ass.
