Here is a good cumulative site of all of the participants in the 2nd annual BHF track day.
I think Gron4 allows for 5 FREE downloads but the photos are top notch. A full DVD while expensive is a nice montage of your day. Check it out at the following link.
http://www.gron4.com/2009/062509/
Click the "V" icon Sport Touring.
I posted the same link in the main track day thread but there may be some that might say.
So here you go.

Holy crap. I didn't know they were there. Good thing the trackday was cheap. I'm going to spend lots of money with them now. They take great photos and have cameras and lenses that cost more than the 2 bikes I brought to the track combined.

Also, I am in the process of uploading the photos that were taken with my camera. They are a combination of Annie's photos and my sister's.
I'm also working on sorting some photos on a card that Bob gave to me.

All here. Bob's not uploaded yet. -

Highlights.
Camp Wednesday night.
Don't slip on the banana peel.
Nate has a plan. It apparently involves 10 burritos.
It's like a group ride
Dollar's son.
Very warm doggie
Right left, right, left. Make up your mind.
Phoenix has done this before.
Who is on the Blue Triumph Sprint? I liked the spark show. You are approaching the limit of what your bike will do with you sitting straight up and down in the seat.
Leather man. That get up has to be hot!
Ktm being held up.
A little off the left.
Entire body off the bike. Good. Going faster with less lean angle. Good.
Dark Custom
Some guy
More improvement. Lower body off the side of the bike. Upper body even farther off. Even better.
Sam up front. Phoenix doing his thing.
group ride.
Good job Jai.
Here's my last lap of the day and a lesson.
During the last few turns before this my knees, toes and shins were touching down a little harder and quicker than normal. I was trying to get on the gas before or just as Scott was out of the turns. I was having a blast following him.
I'm pushing a little harder. My fantastical brain is now doing some quick arc calculations and things are not computing. I'm going a little wider than normal. I should have turned in quicker and I already know this by the time this pic was taken.
I push harder and harder. I want to go left. The bike's tires squeal and laugh. They think I should have turned in sooner if I was really serious about going left. They are tired and they are done listening to me. They just want to take a nap in the grass. The more I turn the more weight is being supported by my knee puck. I give it more and more throttle to keep more traction on the rear tire. It now want to start getting ahead of the front tire. I think, "That's fine, just make me go left". It wasn't to be though. I waited until I had about 4in of tarmac left to the right of me before I quickly pushed on the right handle bar, stood straight up and went off into the grass. Initial concerns about riding in the grass at freeway speeds were dismissed once I remembered that I've ridden the KTM on grass at about 70mph before at a top secret location that will not be disclosed.
Here's the bike's tires squealing away. Look at the the distance I lost on Scott. I found a new way to scrub speed without using brakes. Sweet.

just went thru what Matt has on SmugMug.
Awesome ! all ya'alls look fast! Scott of course, Matt of course, But the Breadman must have gone home tired his form is way far improved from last year! Now we need him to get some proper protection for his knees. He ain't gonna like the hurt that IS going to be put on him without some pucks.

I think Breadman has the best form I've seen. Well, at least for a guy on an FJR. Holy cow man you can move on that thing! I won't hesitate to concede that I brought a gun to a knife fight with the Gixxer, but I really didn't have anything for several guys out there. Awesome photos, I will be copying if/whenever possible.

Thats me limited not by a bike but by myself - poor body position - the sparks came off my toe sliders - nothing on a bike touched the ground
Some printscreened Gron4 pics, ordered the CD already:
Weeee! Where is apex and where is me????
Skraaaaach!!! who needs toe sliders anyway!!!
It's all in a head turn about body position, right, Biggy? you can't catch me!!! or can you? Twice in one session????
Now I know how close I was to knee dragging -only the thickness of my fat ass away!!!

i followed quite a few times this year Shaul, you were hauling the mail this year. We will put some baby oil on the seat next year, that will help you with getting off of the bike.

Nah. Actually, the little nipple things are not on my tires, but they are still there on Matt's from what I remember. I have to laught a little bit when I look at a few of the pics of me up above (pics from the rear) where you can see the worn ring around the outside edge of the tire. Yeah, I'll be using them for street use for a while. But probably not another trackday on them. The rain grooves are a little cupped too, right at the ends. Weird.

2009 isn't over
I've got my eye on 2 or 3 more track days.
No doubt!
And, just my opinion, don't do all your trackdays at one track! Sure, great, you can master this one track. Get some experience on other road conditions, different corners, etc.
I hope to do 3 more trackdays this year, all at different tracks. For you M.A.C.K.'s, there's Autobahn Country Club in Joliet. I hope to do a day there in late September. If you're gung ho about it, NESBA (like many other trackday org's) is doing a 3-day weekend there, and each day is a different configuration (North, South, and whole track). But I really can't afford to spend all my money in one weekend.
edit: oh yeah, and there's that little track out in Elhart Lake. I've heard that's fun too.

I have really been wanting to ride at Road America. If anyone's going this year, (and it happens to be a Wednesday or during my vacation) post up!

Blackhawk last Wednesday
I was really jazzed to get out there. The last track day I did was a bit of a let down do to weather and over booked.(think really crowded ski hill) It's tough to ride your ride with a lot of traffic.
So up early and head out to the track. It's about 1.5 hours from my house. It's raining on and off on the drive down there but I had a spare set of wheels set up with rain tires this time. I'm riding dam it!
Got lucky, the rain stopped as I got near the track. The track was damp for the first session but I didn't mind, it kept traffic light. I was wanting to feel out the new(to me) brake master cylinder I put on. It felt good.
The second session was totally dry, but the track was still a little cool. It was "a little green" as they say. I thought it was great.
I got into a flow/rhythm and was running my usual kind of times.
This ORG. gives you a DVD of video shot by there video bikes on track. Well I saw one of the video guys line up behind me in the grid before they let us out. I thought great I will finally get some video of myself so ride well. Ppphffft I was trying to hard to ride "good" and kept missing my reference marks, so the video guy passed me cause he could see I was trying to hard. Then I just tried to be smooth and hit my marks & sure enough, I hit a new personal best for that track.
I got a 1:18.8 and a couple of 19's. This is nothing to Mr Clean but very exciting to me.
Just thought I would share.

I have to thank all of you, and specifically Mr Clean for my new addiction.
I went back to Blackhawk farms yesterday for a PTT trackday on Novice group. I learned a lot from our ST.n trackday and all the comments and especially pictures, I was able to analyze and fix my body position.
As a result, after full day of working on position and line, at the end of the day I was advised by 2 coaches to get to intermediate group for my next day and my knee pucks look like this:
I will start shopping for a track bike in winter.

Gron came up with pictures, even though they shoot only in the morning, it still shows a bit improvement and I have to add, that best way to master street riding in SPORT-touring style is the track!
