Yeah,I know it's kinda early to throw this out there. But I'm trying to gauge some early interest here. As always this ride to eat will be at The St Olaf Tap in St Olaf,Ia. For mouth watering pics click on this link.

http://des-loines.blogspot.com/2008/10/st-olaf-tap-and-biggest-tenderloin-ever.html

I haven't really decided on the last weekend of September or the first weekend of October. What say all?
Hipgnosis(Jim from Milwaukee) is the only one to ride to both of my lamo rides! Lol

I'm posting this early, because I know I'll be pissed if I miss any Iowa Hawkeye football games on tv.

Larry PUTT Granell and the tenderloin. God rest your soul Larry! I know you wouldn't mind if I posted this pic.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b99/Cybahog/loin12.jpg

And last years gang! Dean B& wife. FJR Rick. Doug Cooper. Sheri and me.Hipgnosis.and Dean B's bro in law? Dean? Is this your brother? Shit I'm drunk. Pardon me.

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b99/Cybahog/tender2.jpg

And the motley first year gang. Me,Hip and Larry G.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b99/Cybahog/loin13.jpg

I'll let this thread live and die and I'll bump it as time for the ride comes near. But. I'll be there. By myself or with Red(my lovely wife) her of the sore ass.

So? Who's in? This is my tradition here. A fatty tenderloin ride to eat. And believe me. The tenderloins are tasty. Bigsmile

Anyways. I'll be posting this on a few other moto forums. This is why I am here. I've had a great time meeting everyone here. I might be slow, but dammit we are having fun! Lol

If the RTE occurs on a Sunday, anything is possible for me (although my wife's b-day is Oct. 3).

I would like to cast a vote for the last weekend of September.  The first weekend of October is the Slimey Crud Run.  Oct. 4th to be exact.  It might be easier for folks to join you the prior weekend.  Not that it matters that much to me.  I have plenty of time.  Lol

Well the early voting says September 26th! That works for me . The Hawks play Penn State at night!
A Saturday. This is the day. If I'm alone. It doesn't matter. I've ate a tasty tenderloin and watched The Hawks kick ass!

My boss is going to that game, as she's a Penn State Alum.  From what I hear, it's supposed to be a white-out game.

Mmmm, tenderloin.  Probably won't make it, but that looks good.

Scotty:  Would this RTE be around lunch or dinner?  If lunch, I am 90% sure I could make it.  It looks like a nice little place.  Nice pic of Putt. Once you are sure on the date and time, would you mind if I post the RTE info on st-owners?

I'm pretty sure it will be September 26th. A Saturday around 11:30 am 12 noonish. Feel free to spread this around.

How big is this place?  From the photo in the review it doesn't look to big.  What do you think seating capacity is?  I posted it over at st-owners.

I'm in.  Ya know I am!!

Just gotta decide which bike.  If I bring the Niinja, it'll be my 3rd bike to my 3rd Tenderloin ride..  But then I can't make it an over night trip like I've done in the past...

Hmmm...  striper = marine food and game fish with dark longitudinal stripes; migrates upriver to spawn; sometimes placed in the genus Morone   Headscratch
