Another calender marker...

The spring Slimey Crud Run 1st Sunday in May

Sunday, May 6th, 2007
Sunday, October 7th, 2007

This will be my 4th SCR and I am looking foward to it to the day.

So who plan's on going??????

For those who have not ventured out to this event I present the following....

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4073832599035351938
High-lights from the last 3 (Fall 2005, Spring 2006 & Fall 2006)

The Slimey Crud is a bi-annual gathering of motorcycles. All types are represented, (of people and machines) including many very old bikes.

http://www.slimeycrudrun.com/
Where: Pine Bluff, WI - 10AM (Peak time of total people in attendance)
Ride To: Leland, WI - 1PM (Peak time of total people in attendance)
Ride Back to: Pine Bluff, WI
Route: Make up your own!

There have been hundreds of bikes each of the times I have attended, maybe over 1000.

The run itself is not an organized parade, there is no preplanned route, or take off time. There are only two places to cross the river, but many county roads that wind between the the two towns. Groups take off and ride at the own pleasure and direction.

If you are into motorcycles and enjoy talking with others who love riding them this is a not to miss event.

There is no cost or registration.

05/09/07 that's a Wednesday.  Headscratch is it the 6th?  David if I can get off I ride up with ya if you want company.

Thanks for pointing out my dyslexic mistake...

The last bunch of times the M.A.C.K. crowd met up I think a the Perkins. I usually meet a group at a restruant called Dilars on rt 12 in Richmond, IL.  It was pretty easy to find each other in Pine Bluff.

We can firm up plans closer to the event...

I plan on going.

Not sure if I'll meet up with a group or just wander out there alone this year. That is to be decided later.
