+1 .  Just don't go through Tijuana -- I've heard (mostly through advrider) that really every other border crossing out of Baja is just fine.

TJ really isn't that bad. I go there monthly (or so) and know some cool places to go. Coming back through the border can be work but you just lane split to the front of the line and all will be well.

Great line!  Great report.

Here's a tip for you.  Pull in the clutch and let off the throttle when you want to take a picture.  I used this successfully when I had my VTR.
