but first...here is a photo of a very young and skinny OSJ...doing something I know I cant do anymore



That was me back in 1985 clearing 12 feet 6 inches (could be 12 feet too) anyway my best jump was 13 feet.  

So go out and find me a bridge with a height that I could (at one time) pole vault over (no higher than 13 feet)

10.6 was my best height freshman year, and my coach thought I would smash the school record by the time I would graduate (he never had a first year pole vaulter jump that high) However I never got close to the school record, which was 14.6.  I only managed to clear 13 in practice several times and 12.10 in a meet.

Tag is a bridge marker 13 feet or lower

you do realize that OSJ would have made a major face-plant into that bridge, as the clearance height of 12'6" is at the bottom of the span, not the top of it?? (grab obviously stands, nonetheless).

Well if hadn't been wearing those restrictive tight shorts that we all wore back then; I'm sure he would've cleared at least 15'.
