According to a post farther up the page (reply #144),

"Orders will be taken for two weeks. After that we'll close ordering, compile the numbers and get everything printed and shipped by the 4th of June. That should give everyone plenty of time to receive their orders before hitting the road for WV."

I expect to hear something in the next few days.

I think I did. I misread (didn't read) and though the 4th was the cut-off, not the ship date

Hey all,

I've been so damn busy the last few days that I haven't been on here to update the thread. So far we only have 20 shirts ordered, that kind of messes with my numbers but I'll make it work anyhow. For the WCRM I stated up front a minimum of 30 shirts but since I neglected to do that here I won't hold you to it.

If anyone is holding out now is the time to order. I'll leave the link up for a few more hours but then will take it down as I need to order all of the garments before 4PM Pacific!!!!!

Another option is to keep ordering open a few more days and I can ship these to the meet - perhaps someone will volunteer to receive them. I'll keep checking this thread for feedback or you can PM me.

Talk among yourselves.

JustCallMeChris might be able to help. I know that he'll be driving down and is already carrying some door prizes. We might be able to convince him to drag down the shirts, too

For those who aren't leaving until after the 12th there shouldn't be any problem. Those of you who are leaving before that - and I know there are some - might elect to have their shirt sent ahead of them to be there when they arrive.

Chris, expect my shirt to head your way. I'm leaving Casa d Happy on the 9th so Pete sent me an email saying  he could ship my shirt to someplace else if I needed him to do so.

Thanks Bigok

Are we supposed to pick up our shirts at the national or are they being shipped?  I was asked where to ship the shirt, so I expected to come in the mail.

R Doug is correct, the shirts will ship to the address you provided. Some folks have asked for theirs to be sent to the meet but those are the exception.

I need mine sent to whoever volunteered to take them to the meet, as I am leaving early, the Friday before...

I just sent the following to everyone who ordered a shirt but figured I should post it here as well.

Hi Everyone,

This should have been a simple order - it really should have. I had everything lined up to print the shirt and ship them by yesterday assuring that you'd receive them by the end of the week.

My supplier has now screwed up two days in a row meaning I won't be able to ship until tomorrow morning. I know many  of you wanted to wear your shirts on your journey so I'm asking for your feedback on where I should ship them tomorrow.

Here are your choices:

1. Stay the course - I will ship them PRIORITY to your chosen shipping address and they should arrive by Saturday or Monday at the latest.

2. Ship to a trusted member attending the meet - JUSTCALLMECHRIS has volunteered to receive all of the orders and deliver them to the meet.

3. Ship to a meet address - The Quality Inn is the most likely place.

Please let me know your preference and I'll direct your shipment accordingly.

Thanks,
Peter
