I'm going to step out for some java this Sunday.  Here's where:

Bella Caffe (Formerly known as Four Seasons Coffee)
3815 N. Brookfield Road
Suite 103
Brookfield, WI
10:00 AM

The place is changing its name on January 1st.  It may still say Four Seasons on the building.  Everyone is welcome to join me.  It's my last day off.  I have to go to work on Monday.

Good meet today with a fantastic turnout.

The coffee left a little to be desired, however.

I tried to "twist" my minivan's throttle a bit, but I kept spinning the front tires.

Nice folks.

I learned a valuable lesson Saturday night.  I am old, and quite a lightweight.  Went to see my friends band play.  I had about 4 beers, and one shot.  Woke up Sunday morning with head pounding, feeling like I partied for 2 days straight.  Hope to see everyone soon at an upcoming coffee meet.   The lurker could send pics to Ed, so he could post them.

Lots of brick buildings in this shopping center...   Headscratch  now, where can that coffee shop be?

I did enjoy my time (Thanks for the duct tape!  Bigsmile) and would've enjoyed being there a bit earlier had I been able to identify the bricks on the outside.  I am in favor of coffee shops with signage, please.   Razz

As always, good to see everyone.   Smile  Thanks for kind hellos and engaging conversation...

"Even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and again."

Sorry we missed the meet.  Driving 2 hours for coffee just doesn't seem right somehow.

Maybe I'll call a meet for this place next week.

Call it, Vicki and I will be there if you do.

If it's gonna be a driving meet

For you maybe. Some of us are still riding.

My actual attendance is dependent on the fencing schedule, at least for the next couple of months.

Here in Illinois we use guns. Now its understood why you're afraid to come across the border- You'd just end up bringing a knife to a gunfight  Bigsmile

Well, that's untrue. You might buy guns in Illinios, but everyone knows you come up here to use them.

And some of us don't fit in our riding gear any more for various reasons.

OK, that was a low blow.  I wouldn't be riding in this weather anyway.

I gotta check with Nate to see what he says.

Really!

I guess that means we'll never see them.

Well here goes, I'll try and post some pictures...especially since I was a door prize winner:

I brought home the bacon and Susan cooked it with mustard, honey, brown sugar, and some other secret ingredient...
Ed and I split gas, or should I say he drove and I paid for breakfast at the Red School House Cafe on 45 just north of the Ceddar Curtain on HWY 83. I had the special:

Then forever later, Ed is honking the horn and holding his GPS in one hand...and the red blazer finally arrives in Brookfield. I kiss the ground and go in to find Ben and Chris holding court...

I'm not sure why, but Chris begins to write of the chalk board:

There was a lot of talking going on, especially gesticulation of the hands while talking...

Except for Frzy who seemed content to sit and drink coffee on occasion...

I also tried out some of Fred's camera lenses, this a 300mm 2.8 (I believe) which had a lot of flair or is it flare...no this is not a ghost, just a back-lit subject..

Oh and if anyone cares, I  did get a new Holeshot pipe put on my Feejer before the snows flew...but I didn't get a chance to dyno them at Police Racing...

And with help from Farkle Mania we sync'd the throttle bodies with a Morgan Pro...

That's the end of my story...thanks for the Ham!
