Eating mine right now.
Hadda stop to thaw the feet. In true Moonshine fashion, it was snowing when I left the house.

Well, I've about achieved escape velocity. Hitting the road in half an hour or so... I'm "SJ" here:
http://spotwalla.com/locationViewer.php?id=18
. Taking the back roads.
This will be my first Moonshine, and though I've chatted with many of you over the years, I don't believe I've ever met any of you face to face... I'll be the guy who looks like the "before" picture in a Nutrasystem ad, short hair, goatee.
I'm looking forward to putting faces to names!

Just walked in the door. 1020 miles in two days. I took a detour from the Moonshine General Store and ended up riding thru Lafayette, IN on the way home. US-41 in southern Indiana is fun.
Pictures are uploading to my Smugmug account now.
Moonburgers, now with BACON!
We had the deluxe seating option booked too.
This lady got one look at Ed and headed up the tree.
A few of our closest friends showed up too.

My photos, I did not take too many this time....
Two Moon Burgers to go...
My camping spot at Terry's Farm
MXVET57 and Sleazy Rider enjoying the buffet....
Seeker and Scout socializing after dinner at Richards Farm
A forest of antennas...
It looked like well over 400 riders for dinner...
knolltop314 showing off his reflective vest...
21 tents were set up at the farm, tall tales and humor were told around the fire into the night...
We arrived at the Moonshine Store about 9:15 or so and the lot and yard in front was already filled, people were parking long the cross roads. We parked about 1/4 mile from the store and this shot is pointed away from the store and you can see riders still arriving. The arriving bikes never stopped the whole time we stayed, still coming at 12:30 when we saddle up to leave.
Back towards the store, Denny anxious to get a Moonburger.
We arrived and the line was out the door and extended out to where the bikes were parked. When we got our burgers they told us that they where just braking the 600 level. I bet they went way past 1000 burgers on the day.
Exceptional weather for the weekend....

Terry, once again, you outdid yourself. Give your staff and your spouse a pat on the back for a job well done. I kinda chuckled when you were out directing traffic at the Comfort Inn and most of the riders knew the route already. Once in a Blue Moon
tm
, it's just right and enjoyable. Kudos to Richard's wait staff Friday night. Wish I coulda stuck around for the chili and breakfast Sunday, but life goes on. I never did get a chance to say hi, so

a little late, but here are my pictures...
Bikes as far as the eye can see at Dinner Friday night
The main hall packed at dinner Friday night
Saturday Morning at the Moonshine HQ at Comfort Inn
Even our furry friends like to ride
Rough Riders leaving for moonshine
Moonshine!
The line for a breakfast-burger at about 930am
Finally inside the store... almost there...
the moonshine store has character...
The magic being made
Finally two moonshine burgers with bacon!
MAN! that is a lot of people!
This is why I had a breakfast burger.. the line only gets longer
The very rare and hard to find George tree
I just don't know what to say about this, but like a car accident I couldn't stop staring!

Wonder if that was the same Green Horn that his bike "Died" leaving the Comfort Inn???
He was in line to leave as bikes started rolling... Saw his lights on,,, and when he hit the starter,,, nothing...
Walked over and told him to check the sidestand was up... He said that had nothing to do with it" (((It Does)))
I checked it will he fiddled and it was up...
Asked if he had his starter switch in the correct position to start??? He grabbed the knob twisted it to off,,, and back to where he said Start was... Being a Non Harley Rider,,, I just decided he knew where this switch position was...
I find out later,,, I was wrong to assume...
We pushed him and he would hold the steering to the left and was complaining that we were making him fall over...
2 times and I finally told him "You have 1 job,,, hold the bars straight and make sure he had it in 2nd,,, not first... (((He was doing neither)))
We pushed him 4 times,,, nothing... As we stopped the 4th time,,, he turned the starter knob again,,, hits the button,,, and,,, ZROOM!!!
He left in a hurry and with a loud straight pipe WOMBA!!!
Good thing too,,, it drowned out the laughter...
