New to this forum but certainly not new to biking.
Held a full license for about 4 years now and live in
the UK. Currently own a silver 2003 Kawasaki ZZR1200
and love it to bits...
Just planned my first proper 4 day touring trip around
Scotland in July... and I've just bought panniers to match
my top box so will be giving that a trial run next month
when I go away for a week.
Anyway, hope to get some good info on here and maybe
make some good biking friends
Regards
Ian

So... does the ZZR1200 make a good beginners bike?

IMHO, the ZZR1200 is too much torque/bhp for most new riders.
It's a moot point in the UK, with graduated licensing.
