Scout17,

one of us will have tape if you don't bring any.
I use duct tape and I use a few different colors (white and blue) to look good on my bike. Really.  Lol see avatar.

Scout -- the tape deal will take about 5 minutes for a sloopy but acceptable job, maybe 10 for a phoenix-worthy job . . . . do not allow that to be the deciding factor -- lots of folks will have a big roll at tht track, and will be glad to help . . . . ..  .

+1 on disabling the lights (most especially the headlight) -- this is often just the matter of removing a fuze.

Easy peasy!

in many bikes, removing headlight fuse will disable ignition switch - they share the same fuse to prohibit running the bike with lights off - illegal in US.  in that case, just pull the wireplugs off the base of the bulbs

True enough -- it's good to check these things BEFORE you get to the track!

Yep the Sprint headlight and ignition share the same fuse.
I let the lights shine under blue painters tape the past two years without issue.
Maybe Ill switch it up this year with some of that green frogtape.

those who signed up and never paid, please register ASAP, so we can get our own group secured - we need only 7 more people and I am running this at CRR as well

So there was a Mark Milanowski on the list. Then there wasn't. Then Smal pm's me many times asking me if I'm Mark Milanowski. Moto Vid has Mark Milanowski as registered I guess. Is Mark Milanowski all set up and ready to ride around a race track?  Headscratch

no, that was my mistake, Matt Milanowski is registered.  Mark is not, so if Mark wants to ride too, let me know and I will put him back to the list.  I was really confused! Smile  Sorry about any misunderestanding  Smile
