I was on my way to a 5:00 conference call this morning, and ran into an IBA rider in Ocean Beach, San Diego. I think his name was Dave... Higgs? He rode a Royal Star, with an aux fuel tank in place of the passenger seat.

If he's not local, I'd guess he's starting a 50CC, since OB to Florida is the shortest way across country.

If you know him, tell him Jonathan said, "hi" and sorry I didn't have time to chat today.

There should have been several IB riders in the area or on the way from Jacksonville.  The MTF was sponsoring a 50/100CCC at the time.
