Is the document holder a must? I have the JC Whitney version, complete with backpad (and the internal straps, IIRC, but no document holder), which I modified to fit onto the Givi baseplate. If you're interested, Jeff's Motorcycle Bargain Basement is open for business, with rock-bottom pricing.

Document holder is not a must, but the backpads (et al) kinda suck. I don't want one with a backpad. The jackets all have back pads.
