He's at it again, this time, putting hearts, diamonds and clubs on his wheels.

And stars. Lots and lots of stars.

Go up a few pages, he writes how he is disappointed in Tokico because his caliper cracked when he over torqued the bleeder bolt.

OMG!
 Headscratch
He's from Iran!
Well he won't live long.
But he may? God looks out for people like this.

I have no idea what to say? I mean I've done some odd things to bikes such as make brackets out of JB weld for friends or add mesh here and there to redirect airflow at speed to prevent friends from cooking their balls and I've added a strip of LED's to the side of the GPZ to help improve my visibility at night via having them actuate in line with the turn signals....but...wow! This guy! WOW!

My theory, and this is just a theory, in Iran bikes are size limited. You can only own a 100CC bike...i think.
In the early days after the revolutions, there was a counter revolution. A lot of hard line mullahs were either blown up, shot down or just got dragged to death by guys riding powerful 1L bikes. Turns out the people were a little pissed off and well what's more fun than dragging a hard line Mullah around town on a Friday night? Drinking and chasing women.....but that was outlawed so people went for the Mullahs.
And so the Mullahs not being too fond of being dragged to their deaths, having their heads removed or being shot at or bombed did what they could.
They outlawed high HP bikes.

But, the guys over there love big bikes! And they all love watching MotoGP. But sadly they know next to nothing about the technology that goes into those bikes since what they are riding around are either old 70's two strokes or POS bikes from China. And since imports are limited they do with what they have on hand. Some times it work, other times....well not. Note his home made air intake and filters. Not that uncommon in third world countires where spare parts are limited.

Third world engineering and desires in the first world just don't float.
But as long as he doesn't kill himself or some one else....speed holes away!

It looks like the calipers still have the pads in as well. Wow.

The black rooters look kind of cool, except for one tiny flaw.

So God doesn't look out for people who actually practice a modicum of intelligence, and only look out for dimwitted mouthbreathers?  Help me out here.  I really want to know how this works.

You've never herd some one say "God looks out for drunks and morons?"
Well he's not drunk but cutting up his frame....he may be a moron.

But then again what does he know? Like I said he may have an education but odds are his university lacked the modern understanding of statics and dynamics or his professors, most likely appointed by the Revolutionary Guard, believe all things worked because god said so and all things failed because the Great Satan, that would be you and I, made it so.

But may I ask a very dumb question why does he weigh everything?  Headscratch

On a serious note, makes you wonder why some people think Iran has a functional nuclear program!
"Yes this is our Great Stan Killer, GSK for short, note the speed holes in and around the warhead which is held together using speaker wire!"

Okay, I don't want to turn this in to PO thread but nothing you said addressed my question (as usual) concerning the logic of your previous post...so I'll just move along.  Lol

It's just a saying..."God looks out for drunks and morons" no clue where it came from but it's just a saying.

As for this going PO no it's ok. It is kind of PO since it relates to every one of us who owns a bike and how government can limit our freedoms if we let them.

But yeah from what I see and read in his profile it's an issue of reading lots of MotoGP magazines, dreaming of wanting to own a super bike and then translating that as best as he can.

In Iran this would be "wow! nice job." because they know no better due to government regulations. But here things are very different. We know  how things work and why they work due to access to information and technology. Thus why we don't paint our rotors and spend time and effort keeping them clean of such things as paint and wonder what this guy is doing to his bike.

It also goes to show you the level of education these guys and gals are getting in their homeland and how much better ours is with respect to education around the world.

As a friend put it the other day, it's an issue of cargo culture. They see our culture but have no technical understanding of how or why it works.
I'm guessing he saw black carbon brakes on the MotoGP bikes and thought that they were just painted to look that way. So he does the same.

Sadly I can relate to this, my trust fund baby father who bought his EE degree from Texas A&M in the mid 70's is the dumbest human being I have ever met. Though I haven't seen him since I was 13 I've had the opportunity to review some of his work that friends of the family has shown me and it's amazing no one has died due to his lack of general understanding of circuits and safety.

As for this guy? Well.....yeah he's a bit off but I'm sure given the correct education and mentorship he could really make something of himself. Assuming he doesn't kill himself by accident!

I just spoke with my uncle who just came from Iran.
OK don't laugh too hard!
In Iran you can own a 1L bike....but you can only ride it on Friday and Saturday.
Sorry no sundays in the Islamic Republic!
According to him, "If the mullas didn't want to be dragged to death behind bikes maybe they should stop being such asses! And let us drink and chase women!"
