I've had the same one since about 2004.  It's got probably 30,000 - 40,000 miles on it, since I used it for trips not commuting.  Inexpensive.  Will keep contents dry in a light, short rain.  Built in bungees and rain cover included.

EDITED TO ADD: http://www.newenough.com/parts/closeouts/luggage/nelson_rigg/cl75_mini_sport_motorcycle_tail_pack.html
Same price, 1/2 the size.

I've got the CL mini on my Ninja.  I had a Nelson-Rigg tank bag on a previous bike and liked the quality.
I'm not very impressed with this bag though.
The flaps have a pocket to hold the bungees when not in use. They have a zipper.  But ya can NOT zip em up w/ the bungees out/in use.  The things will fill with water in any rain!!  They should have velcro - that over laps like shingles and it could be 'closed' over the bungees!  I'm thinking of taking the flap-pockets off this winter.
The bungee hooks are to big to hook most anywhere.   The bungees are to short to reach the rear foot pegs.

I wonder if Wolfmann will sell me their seat hooks.

Check out -Cortech SportTail Bag, Well made, many options, expandable,  I'm on my fifth year with this very bag ! Good Luck ! Bigok

I am past 5 years with mine and I just came home from grocery shoppin with a 12 pak of pepsi in it, using the
expanded option. On longer trips it rides on top of a duffel across the rear seat, using the attached bungees.
I use a cortech tankbag every day, and my Sport tailbag most days.
