We used http://motorcycleshipping.biz/ to ship our bikes from MD to WA.

Presuming you're talking about a bike you're selling if I were you, I'd suggest to the buyer that they choose their shipping company.

Depending on timing if you want it ridden for the ticket out there I might be able to do it too.

Its over !!!! The only one I've personally used is forwardair.com but you have to take the bike to one of their hubs, usually near a major airport.

I hear good things about allied van lines.

Shippingmasters.com or haulbikes.  I used shippingmasters and my bike actually shipped via haulbikes (shippingmasters works with multiple shippers).  Very cheap, great service.
