David, was it you on DL1000 entering northbound Edens at Dempster today at about 4:50 PM? Gra/black 3/4 jacket, gray or silver helmet (is it Nolan) riding with tankbag and small trunk with some kind of white fin attached to it at the top?

Yup, it's a HJC The white thing is a peice of PVC is not normally there. Just something I am playing with. |

man the weather gods were on my side today. upper 50's on the way home. no sooner i get home the cold front moved through and the wind picked up and the temp dropped. then took the bike to the village hall to pay the water bill and get the village stickers for the bike and the P/U and the SUV. started to rain 15 min. after i got home.
with luck like that why can't i win the lotto.

i take buffalo grove road every day to work. I'm usually at the intersection of lake cook and buffalo grove around 6:30am. any chance i have seen you? today i saw a harley going west on lake cook. |

I start splitting lanes right by Lake Cook and Raupp - where the Buffalo Grove PD is located. The can't believe their eyes, so they pretend not to see me, like a pink elephant from that cartoon

I took the KTM out for a 20 mile ride after work yesterday. 34F wasn't really all that bad with leathers and a Widder. The bike is so much fun you don't notice the cold very much. BUT! I NEED better gloves or at least bark busters.  That wind is brutal. |
