You should have let me know you were visiting me at work, I would have come out and said "hey".

Chrysler Museum @ Chrysler World HQ - some cool cars on display, but I cheaped out today and just got the stamp at the door.

Just got home from a short 40 mile night ride. Went by Bomber's place. Didn't stop. I figure he and Brook wouldn't appreciate the wake up call.

In excess of the ton way to often on the back roads across the rural farming areas, (think daily).....(many times each day),  Pushing the corners on some of the tight roads till the pegs are dragging and on the white line (edge of the road) at the exit of the corners and at times wheeling out of the corners and pulling power wheelies.  Just riding like an ass.  Some heavy metal in the headphones and just throttle on way more than it should be.

Mind you no one is around to witness my asshat riding, but still need to slow down some.

Trade you bikes for awhile, I could use some comfortable seating!

(Yesterday) Rode the Buell south along the lake for a while; what a fabulous, breezy evening. Stopped in at Bike Night at the HD Museum, and the Iron Horse Hotel. Torquemada is running good.... should I be nervous?  Lol

Took the new bike to the dealer for its first service, done while I waited. Got back home and gave its older sibling a bath and then took a family portrait.

They say money doesn't buy happiness, but it sure looks like I would rather cry in sadness with a pair of ducati than cry on a bicycle.

Rode some of my favorite familiar roads close to home, getting used to the Street Triple. It is very different from the all of the previous bikes I've had in the past five or so years -- in a good way. I'll get out there again tomorrow to continue acclimating to it and getting my back used to a forward leaning bike again. I expect I'll be back up to my pace (or faster) after a few more rides.  Bigok

Riding home from Platteville.  Got to Platteville via Dubuque via Des Moines via Kansas City via St Loius via Edgerton, Wi. Yes, did a Saddlesore 1000 yesterday.

Ride report = St. Louis to K.C. Was frickin' HOT! And I've got a crick in my neck.
