Since we never seem to have a R4 coffee meet in MI, I am putting together a ride that goes all the way UP in MI.

I will lead a ride from Appleton, WI to Copper Harbor, MI and back....in one day.

talk about an overnighter, the Ramada inn in houghton is good and they have a good bar and food to.

I might be able to do this on the way to the National Meet at least the "way back part". I don't know if I can to the hotel though, I'm on a tight budget.

There is a good chance I'll be able to make this one, since It looks like I can't get vacation that week for the SV rally at Deals Gap. If it turns into an overnighter, http://www.fannyhooe.com/ might be a decent place to stay.

Looks like a fun road trip. I tentatively signed up. House hunting now until I find one that 'my little woman' will be happy with, so plans are subject to change. FRZY, this one will be a hoot if the weather is good, and the bugs are not out en mass. Might turn into an Iron Butt ride?
