New to the game

Hello,
I'm new to the sport-touring scene. I purchased a 2000 Sprint ST in September. I've put about 2000 miles on it since then. Unfortunately the weather here is turning wintry and I'm probably done riding for the winter. Looking at the bike in the garage is going to be such a tease. Planning to take the kids on some weekend trips next summer. Should be a great time!
Thanks for a great site.
