2011 Region 4 ST.N Trackday - June 8th 2011, Blackhawk Farms Raceway

So, the 2011 schedule from Motovid is released and I noticed that the next year for reasons unknown, they are having less trackdays, may be it's not the full schedule, but it's not every other week, but every 3-4 weeks now, still on Wednesdays

With less dates, there will be more contention for sponsored group spots, I imagine, so I want to gauge the interest ealy.

we will need to come up with 20 riders, I will advertise it on ChicagoRussianRiders this year as well, and with your collective permission and if we are short on riders, I can also advertise on Yamaha FZ1 Owners Association website as well.

Possible dates are May 18th, June 8th, July 6th, July 27th, I will ping Michael, owner of Motovid if there is enough interest and see what is available.

The deal is that after we decide the date, I have to give a deposit by March.  so as every year we will be collecting money during winter for people that can commit.

I will be emailing registration codes, after we commit to the date, and the price will be the same as last year.

I would LOVE to do this. Can't commit to anything, but I know that the July date would be out for me - too close to my daughter's birthday.

I'm sure that "money talks". If we have enough commitment by Jan1 or even March 1, we *should* be able to swing something on a date we prefer.

Not to take any energy away from MotoVid and BFR (since it has been a great meet for us), but I wonder what other options we might have. Maybe none, I dunno.
