This year is going to be the year of car pooling to trackdays.   I will have room for one, maybe two bikes in the trailer. I will be doing trackdays at Road America the two days prior to this track day. I live west of St.Charles.   Let me know if you would like/need motorcycle transportation.

Oh and Chris........ I would JUMP on that deal with Samal. R6's are nice, fast bikes. And it will perform well with a rider of your stature.

Well maybe before you stop being the head dog, you could post up a list of current STN folks, signed up and ready to go.

and, If some of the Russian Riders need motorcycle transportation, they could post up here so we can  try to work out rides.

Scheduling is NOT difficult. You get out the calender, and in PEN, write on the June 8th little square, that you ARE going to the STN Trackday.

It's that easy.




Don't forget the warm-up to this event is ther two days before, (Monday and Tuesday Trackdays) at Road America.

I've already got 2 other track days booked and adding more is tough with my kid's schedules and what not.  Can't just commit - when kids have unknowns for weekends, you wait.  Don't know their summer schedules yet, capiche?  Bullshit my ass.  It's already in my calendar in electronic ink.  Will do my best to attend and thank you for your kind words of encouragement.

OK     Sorry Dan, didn't mean to hurt your feelings.

I guess here is what I meant to say....  

  Even with a family there has to be days that are important to YOU. Put them on the calander. Then when there are other things happening on that same day, you just have to say "No"." I'm sorry, but I have a Trackday that day." And Yes, your going to have tosay it to the kids. They have important days and yoou should have important days.

   Listen I can come up with, and have made many excuses, why not to do something. But last year and this year, I have decided, as soon as the Trackday schedules are posted, I pick all of the Trackdays I am going to, and put them on the calander. I may not pay for them all at once, but they are scheduled, and I am going. All other activities will have to be planned around them.

Again Sorry.

Now back to our regularly scheduled Trackday Thread.

Sorry, caught me on a bad day.  My job is too demanding, biggest complaint is not enough time with my kids. There are weekends I'll be in Michigan with them and I don't know when they'll be. If family is out of town, I'll be joining them. Again, I just need some road time. Just put a penske double clicker on my Daytona and I'm dying to make friends with it on the track. Then I'll be less cranky. Will do my best to attend.
